Life has been full of laughter, tears, excitement & anxiousness around the Mulder household lately...Over the past few months we have been faced with the news that we are unable to have our own children due to medical reasons & God has laid on our hearts to pursue adoption. Throughout our dating years we have always talked about adoption & how we would love to give a child a wonderful Christian home & family that they might not otherwise have. This being said we are now beginning the process of Domestic Infant Adoption. Right now this seems like an overwhelming task that lay before us but we know through prayer, family support & fellow adoptive families support this will be a journey that we will never forgot and be better for it in the end...The adoption agency we have chosen to use is Bethany Christian Services that has a local office in south Bellingham. To the side of our blog you will see the adoption agency logo, if you click it you will be automatically linked to the Bethany Christian Services web-site where you will find more information. Directly below that you will also see "Our Adoption Funds" thermometer. This is a tool for us along with others to raise funds towards our adoption. However we know if God has placed this in our life he will always supply. We are still researching ways we can fundraise towards our ultimate goal to bring our baby home. More to come on that later...we are using this blog now as a tool for fundraising & also to inform people of the adoption process. Please continue to check back to see new updates.
