Our Squamish Getaway

This weekend we were so lucky to be able to getaway for an overnight stay to Squamish, BC...Brandon's parents gave us an overnight somewhere of our choice for both of our birthdays. It was so nice to be able to get away & just relax for a day. We decided to venture in Canada and stay at the Garibaldi Springs Golf Resort. This resort is only two years old and in beautiful condition...we highly recommend it...and the price is very reasonable.

This was the view from our room...you can have a mountain view (west) or golf course view (east). It was gorgeous even though it was rainy and cloudy.

The next morning after check-out we decided to head towards Vancouver, BC and check out the Capilano Suspension Bridge & Park...it was quite fun but also made me a little nervous heading across a bridge that was hundreds if not thousands of feet in the air.

Then we went up onto the TreeTop Adventure...this include lots of little suspension bridges and trails.

We had so much fun just getting away and not thinking about anything...although I think we talked about the adoption & baby stuff most of the time...we are just so excited about what the future holds for us between now and our next birthdays.
