Not only was this weekend Easter weekend but it also included my 25th birthday...my birthday was on Friday the 22nd which was AWESOME because Brandon does not work most Fridays. Brandon asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday and I said visit the tulip fields in Skagit County. Although Brandon was not too keen on this idea he decided since it was my birthday he would go along with it. We also ended our fun day with dinner at Billy McHales with my family, cheesecake & presents to follow!!!

Dinner at Billy McHales...my husband was also so nice to have the wait staff sing (very loudly) Happy Birthday to me. Come to find out he only wanted to eat the ice cream sundae afterwards!!!

Gorgeous tulips...if you live in Washington and have never been to the Tulip fields you have to seriously think about going, they are awesome!!!
We decided to visit Tulip Town so see a few more festivities instead of what the other fields have to offer. It was still early when we left the Tulip fields so Brandon asked what else I wanted to do on my birthday so I said of course, SHOPPING!!! Although I figured out as soon as you have a child shopping consists of buying things for them, needless to say we visited the Osh Kosh & Carters outlet stores and bought new PJ's for Westyn who is already growing out of the ones he has. We then made a quick stop at the Krispy Creme store before heading to meet my family for dinner. It was a great day and we had so much fun spending time as a family of 3 now...Brandon's birthday is this coming week too so I know we will have more birthday pictures to come!!!
