My first Mother's Day was so much fun...we first headed to church, then came home packed up our things and headed to Brandon's Grandparent's house for dinner with his mom's side of the family, then we came home quickly unloaded & loaded back up and headed to my Grandma's where both sets of Grandparents came as well as my parents. Brandon & Westyn bought a special card for me (Westyn even signed it:) and I got my very favorite flower, a gerber daisy from them both.
Westyn & myself...truly the best gift ever!!!
Honestly the last couple years I wondered if I would ever have a reason to celebrate Mother's Day and this year was finally my year!!! I cannot tell you how truly amazing the past year has been. Although a complete rollercoaster it has been well worth the ride. I would never go back or ever do anything different. Westyn is my SON...no matter blood or not HE'S MINE and nothing will ever change that!!!

I know all of the grandma's probably had fun holding Westyn and passing him around at those family gatherings!
