Needless to say we have been EXTRA CRAZY busy so far this summer...but all good things!! We have wanted to do as many fun things that we can since last summer didn't go as planned...let's just say we are livin it up this summer!!! So here it is a recap so far of our summer...
August 3rd was my Grandma's 89th Birthday, so we had to make sure to celebrate with her!! We went out for dinner with my family to Milt's and then did cake at Grandpa & Grandma's afterwards!!
Grandma adores her Great-Grandson...Westyn loves her too!!
See guys we are making progress in the "walking" world with Westyn...he isn't walking completely on his own yet but really getting close...hopefully August is the month!!

One warm Sunday evening we decided it was time to head to Gramma D & Poppyseed's house to BBQ, play croquet and of course pool time for Westyn!!!
I think he likes it :)
He wanted to make sure to get in on the croquet action too!!
Then on August 6th we welcomed another new cousin into our family...
Brandon's cousin welcomed this precious little (I mean little) baby girl into the world!!
We got to go visit her the next evening...she is perfect and so sweet!!
I think Brandon LOVES her already...

This past Sunday we decided to head up with Brandon's family to Artist Point up by Mt. Baker...it was so pretty and warm that day but we had lots of fun!!

Today we headed to the fair with my mom & sister..Westyn absolutely LOVED it!!
He was "moooo'ing" at two baby calves that were born on Monday!!

All in all it has been a GREAT summer so far and looking to more fun things to come...
we have Monster Truck tickets for the fair this weekend, rodeo the following weekend and who
knows what else we may do before this summer is up. Oh and we can't forget football season is approaching and we will be watching/visiting the Huskies Football games!!!

You have been busy!! The snow cone is hilarious... Kade has a similar look with ice cream! :) I'm also thinkin that between Kade and Westyn the animals could be a bit overwhelmed! haha
I think you and Brandon look pretty good with a bundle of pink in your arms. ;)
AND, living in Wisconsin, I find it so funny seeing a picture of everyone in shorts and short sleeves walking on snow. When it snows here, it is about 0 degrees!
