Well it's officially we are...
FINALLY MOVING!!
We are beyond thrilled that we are finally at this point...you see since Westyn was about 1 year old we have been talking about moving into a house closer to town. This way he would have a yard to run in, a garage for me to park my car (sorry babe) and we closer to parks, friends, family, church, work and school. Although we knew this move would not be possible until our family was complete and both adoptions were paid off.
So back in July we finally listed our condo...my skeptical that everything would work out due to the fact that our budget was smaller from our two adoptions. I knew that our condo might not sell for the ultimate price we wanted, however knew that we would sell still with a profit. I also knew that the inventory in town in our price range was bigger, however what I wanted was not so likely in that price range and would pend quickly if priced right.
We had an open house that no one showed up too, one showing that the people never showed up or called, another showing that ended up with the buyers wanting our place however could not get financing then finally a couple weeks ago we received a call from someone who wanted to look at our place as a possible rental. They came at about 4:00 and by that night we had an offer. The offer was lower than we wanted so of course we countered back...they accepted!! The inspection as been doing, financing is ready and our house officially closes these next week. Well that left us in a bit of a predicament. Our contingent offer we had on a house in town had expired and they were actually taking it off the market. So we went searching...two days later we put an offer on a place in town that we equally love and the purchase & sale was signed around a few days later. Now onto inspection...the inspection took place this week everything came out fine. Of course we have a few small cosmetic things to do but nothing major. The new place will be closing mid October...I am beyond excited to move into the new place before the weather changes. Plus a garage to pull into during rainy reason...YEAH BUDDY!!
We are feel blessed that everything feel into place and we God orchestrated everything at the perfect time. We are sad to leave our neighborhood and wonderful neighbors, however we know that God has amazing plans for us in the new place. Both kiddos are so excited...Westyn even already picked out his room and is helping pack boxes.
Will post pictures after closing!!
Onto new adventures...
