So today is the day that we have been talking about...my mom & I will be boarding a plane (a small one at that - only 40 seats) from Bellingham to Seattle and then Seattle to Boise. We fly out this afternoon at around 3:00 and then finally arrive in Boise at 8:00 (their time) after a small layover in Seattle. I am still a little nervous about flying on a small plane but I know it will go ok. We are both super excited to first of all get-a-way for just a couple days (well actually less than 48 hours), meet the birthmother & her family and then maybe just maybe visit the Boise Mall while we are there!!! We were invited to their house for lunch on Thursday before the doctor's appointment and they also want to show us some of their latest "craft" projects...I am thinking these are things for Westyn when we leave the hospital. Then we will be heading to the doctor's appointment with her, get to hear Westyn's heartbeat and see how things are going...will she be on time, late or early, how big is he? Then we are meeting up with for sure her mom & dad to go to dinner at their favorite local Mexican restaurant. Then well you know with mom & I shopping may be on the evening agenda too :) Then we fly out first thing in the morning at arrive back in Bellingham at noon on Friday. So needless to say I am checking out for the next couple of days...we are hoping to take some pictures of our journey and post them when we return, however for confidential reasons right now we are not posting pictures of the birth family...we know you understand!!
Please pray as we head out today that we are safe & healthy on this short adventure...we are super excited but always a little nervous and anxious!!!

Praying! And I am so excited for you! The next few weeks will fly by and who knows...he might be a little early! My little girl was 15 days early and healthy as can be. :)
