Brandon had a day off of work due to the extreme cold conditions so guess what he did...HUNTING...the theme of this time of year is "If it Flies it Dies," Brandon. We have had so much fun getting to know our neighbors...Brandon & Matt have definitely found something in common hunting.
These are pictures of their drakes from today along with Brandon's dog "Shelly". She loves hunting...I still don't understand what is so much fun at tromping through muddy, cold, dirty water junk..but I guess whatever floats your boat...could be worse.

Great post! Chris is really into hunting too, but just hasn't had the time lately :) Good job on your blog, keep those recipes coming too :) I really liked that fruit salad thing that your mom made too :)
